At Pro-Mar Trucking we provide exceptional service we don't just move cargo from A to B but thru a range of value added services our customers experience exceptional service from the most reliable transport company in the industry. Our dedicated teams insure extremely competitive Lea times to all our customers. Pro-Mar is not limited to any geographical borders and will deliver goods wherever clients require.

2. History

We started doing local transport in 1994 but soon after that increased our operation cross border and started moving cargo into Zambia through Botswana and Zimbabwe. Soon after that to the Democratic Republic of Congo as well as Angola, Namibia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Burundi and Uganda. Pro-Mar Trucking was brought into existence by the Founder who started it as an owner driver with a very clear dream and vision of what they wanted to achieve. Because of their dedication and passion for the business their dream became a reality. Between the team their is a wealth of knowledge and one clear goal.

3. Financial Overview

With motivation and guidance by management and the dedication and commitment by its personnel, Pro-Mar Trucking has grown in leaps and bounds since those early days in 1998. Turnover for the 2010 financial year was R51, 200,000.00. Our total assets are R50, 000,000.00.

4. Strategy

Exceptional service and unparalleled delivery times can only be achieved when your operation is managed and run 24 hours a day, to accomplish this we have no truck in our fleet that is older than 3 years and all trucks are constantly monitored via satellite tracking. To climate unnecessary down time all trucks run on a strict service schedule. This in conjunction with a team of dedicated controllers keep clients informed at all times, doing away with any guesswork and only facts. We are in the process of finalizing the procurement office, that will give all clients a full supply chain solution. We will analyze every opportunity, if viable commit to it with the same passion as any existing project.

5. African Wide Operations

Pro-Mar Trucking is a South African company and is based Modimolle (Nylstroom) in the Limpopo province. We mainly deliver local and cross border loads, eg to Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Mozambique. Pro-Mar Trucking has a dedicated team of people that ensure speedy delivery of cargo to all our customers.
